How your first quote starts
You don't pay a cent for the monthly response service until you approve or use the first quote package.
First we sign a short agreement, complete discovery, and organize your item records and prior quote files. Then we build the first DIBBS package your company chooses.
Response service rates start at $500/month.
We set your rate from your real quote volume and mix. The Watch costs $500/month for board monitoring and immediate action under your rules. The short weekly account update is included with every active client. Controlled Work is scoped separately after the security review.
- Monthly billing begins when you approve, submit, or materially use the first package. That package counts toward the annual quote volume in your agreement.
- During onboarding, we define the quote types, turnaround times, revisions, and expected annual volume covered by your rate.
