Include enough detail to reproduce the issue
Include the package version, AI host, requested output and exact error text if one appeared. A small synthetic example is useful. Do not email controlled information, personal identifiers, credentials or confidential client files.
Check setup and file tools
If the plugin does not appear, follow the official local marketplace instructions linked below and check your workspace’s plugin settings. If a native file cannot be created, check whether your host provides the required file tools. A plain-text answer does not confirm that an XLSX or DOCX file was generated.
Check the live-search status
Opportunity Fit requires a working SAM.gov connection. Its product page identifies whether that connection is ready. An API failure or unavailable connection should be reported as unavailable, not as an empty set of opportunities.
